The laptop takes lot of time to load and very slow. My Previous ACER with i3 is very fast with 2gb RAM functional. I am not happy with the product. I will upgrade the processor so that it may be all right.
I Purchased Dell Inspiron 3541 Laptop on 01/10/2014, having problem with internet connection. According to MTNL internet technician the problem in hardware with browser. I contacted Flipcart customer care number of time every time I was assured that your problem will get solved in 24 to 48 hrs. I am not a computer savey person but the person sitting in Bangarulu gives me instruction on my phone I for more than 45 min but in vein my problem is not yet solved. I repeately request Flipcart customer kindly resolve my problem at earliest.
Hi, The E-Kart logistic services provided by flip-kart needs to be focused. The material arrived on 06/09/2015 but it took 3 days time to reach another 2 Kms.(destination) Two years back we have purchased from flip-kart. the item ordered and delivered in next day from Bangalore. Those days were gone for Flip-kart. Second thing to Educate your delivery managers how to face customers. The person behaves little bit rude. Really not a good experience In the open Market this product have available at the rate of Rs.21500/- or less with windows 8.1, and at Flipkart I had purchased this product at 19990/- without windows 8.1 Please be caution before enter into deal with flipkart
I am happy with the Dell Inspiron laptop ordered through Snapdeal and I am happily using the laptop with no problems so far.
