I'm expecting a free service

Hi Team, I browsed flipkart website (Ref :http://www.flipkart.com/laptops/pr?sid=6bo%2Cb5g&offer=OfferOnLaptopExtra_2500_2.&icmpid=clp_ban_2_OfferOnLaptopExtra_2500_2.&bannerid=SM_2500_off_type1_20140822175932&otracker=ch_vn_computer_promowidget_banner_tab_1) to buy a laptop. The banner read that there is a discount of Rs.2500 on the selected laptops. I selected Dell Inspiron 3542 Notebook (4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 1TB/ Win8.1/ 2GB Graph) (3542541TB2BL), but unfortunately I was not able to avail the offer. I called up the customer care... and I dint get the satisfactory answer from the agent. What is the point in displaying the banners with attractive offers when the customer is not getting the same.

I wanted to by this particular model. I searched in many shops and it costs around 50000-50500. Even in croma it was for that price. When I searched online snapdeal offered the unbeatable best deal of 14% discount. I received the product before the delivery date. And I was very happy that I saved a whooping 8000. And the best part is I got it in my door step.
