Plastic body that heats up too much especially when put on charging. The graphic card is the only saving grace of this product. To enhance maximum performance go for windows 10 upgrade.
Its an amazing machine. Been a month since I purchased it and its really good and value for money. I have 3 design software installed and a video editing software installed. Yet, its fast and smooth. Really happy with what I have so far. Hope this performance stays.
This is a very decent laptop from dell for home users. It offers good speed and big nice display. However if you a game buff or need to work on multimedia/Photoshop or such other high resource demanding applications, then this is not the laptop for you. Please don't get fooled by its high end specs i5, 1TB HDD and 8 GB RAM. You will very soon realize that This is a good laptop only on paper for power users. However this is a good general purpose laptop.
Very large laptop, not convenient if you are on the move. Impressive tech specs tho!
I bought this product and waited 10 days as per the delivery, it was on time but what I received was silver colour not RED which I wanted. Now that could be a mistake or maybe a way to get customers as when i received the product red one went out of stock and I was told i cannot get an exchange but refund. So i Decided to keep it. Leaving the colour fact, the laptop is just amazing. All the features, the graphic card support high graphic games its just Ausumn. This Laptop was must higher in price in local store So i took my chances and i guess I'm happy with it. Would have given 5 stars if it would not have been for colour.
