well I'm totally unsatisfied with this laptop as i'm using it from past 5 months. n(-)Cons:nn1)- TOUCHPAD : It has very very poor sensitivity and very delicate . Plus it dosn't work most of the time when we scroll down pages etc. with our two fingers. nn2)- Keypad : Again It has very delicate keys , in just 5 months i just lost my 'N' key ( Note that i didn't play much game ) .nn(3)- Performance : Not upto the mark lacks most of the time , also many games like fifa 15, gta 4 creates loads of lacking .nn(4) Battery : Max for 1-2 hours if you are watching any movie etc. (Means helpless in flights which take more than 2 hours )nn(5) Sound : "It hurts"nn(+) Pros :nn"I didn't find till yet if u found any of them then tell me also" . (if u dare to buy it)
*fFirst thing to know before reading the review is that This review is posted under "Certified Buyer" badge, which means that I have actually purchased the product from flipkart and then reviewing, not by just sitting and writing. So whatever i want to tell you, you should pay close attention. It is for your benefit.nThis seller shipped me the product with dead pixels. After opening the product i immediately noticed the problem and did not proceed further. Even i did not activated the windows. I requested replacement. There team said that they will send an engineer to check the product and then my claim will be processed. No engineer visited they just called and told that they can replacement only if dead pixels are size of a coin. I mean, Really! I received message and mail regarding rejection of my claim. I called the customer care again in the evening. After 30 minutes of discussion the only solution they were able to give me was that they want maximum 24 hrs to resolve the issue. I gave them . Now if in 24 hrs they did not replied positively. Certainly and 100% I will sue them in consumer court. I have their call recordings, bill, rejection mail, guarantee policy, return policy and every proof in pen and paper. Fortunately I have two advocates in my family. I consulted them and believe me flipkart is done. I will post this on social media facebook, twitter, whats app I am at every plateform. And they have to face me in the court that is for sure. And more surprising the attitude of technician who called me informing the rejection was of sort that This is their right to get full price and then ship the product with dead pixels and I can not complain. Oh My God. nSo my purpose of writing so long review was to make the customers aware of flipkart actual level of service. Don't get lured by flipkarts name or offers. Amazon is far more better than flipkart as far as I am concerned.or buy from the store it may cost you 2000 extra but brother you will repent certainly if you buy from flipkart that i can say. I am not sales man of amazon or dell store so do whatever you want to do I warned you, that was my duty. If you dont want to be robbed then dont buy from flipkart and never ever in your life buy from this seller. nI can't give product review because I have not used it yet. nSo consider my words other wise try and repent. nbye bye flipkart and the seller.nSee you in the court. n#one thing i checked that flipkart is not showing my full review but only one star rating. this is unfortunate that i have to buy a bag for my laptop separately .nthen the discount whats for ?nn ofline price is just about 1000 Rs more than this price
Third class hardware. USB slots have got loose. Keyboard very fragile. Go for HP laptop s in this price. Moreover the Dell DFS service in Windows have exhausted the system. I will never recommend anyone to go with this laptop.
i was not provided with a backpack even though it was mentioned. secondly i could not avail warranty services.keyboard not working properly.
