Packaging was good but laptop was defective as DVD drive was not working from the first start of the system.......even there was stain on laptop that seems to be there as that was used anyway......disappointed by getting such a defective product......even they rejected my replacement request as insisted me for servicing.So far no one visited for servicing of the laptop even after making twice request of replacement and their assurance of sending technician for repairing at least. Definitely I can't install Windows or any other software on it. Very pathatic service by Flipkart. I have not used the laptop even for half an hour so can't tell much about its performance. But specification wise it seems to be good.
its a good product, i have installed windows10.1 and its running very smooth, no heating problem. Battery backup is good.
Nice laptop.ninstalled windows 10 and its running smoothly.nScreen quality is kind of a issue , pixels are not smooth.nAudio is also very loud and clear.nat this price tag its very good .nat this price tag i will give it a 5 star rating.nppl complain that they don't return laptops or they hesitate to return laptop or phones but i got the laptop completely sealed and i am the first one to open the laptop and if i don't like the laptop then its my responsibility not flipkart's.
It is wrost product as mouse pad is not working and I log return request which is closed stating it is our company policy to close return request without return. nnOne gentelmn assured me to provide support from their specialist but still waiting for visit and after that they will decide weather product needs to be replaced or not.nDelivery was pathetic as product delivered after 4 days of standard delivery.nnFlipkart not listening customers. They were more interested in canceling my order which is worst ever experience. I had purchased items for worth over 60000 from fflipkart but they are not listening to regular customers.
Awesome product for a normal users.. Worth it..
