I have purchased this product and the configuration written doesn't matches the actual one you will receive. Differences: Clock Speed: 2.3 GHz (Not 2.8 GHz) Cache: 3 MB (Not 4 MB) Graphics Card: Skylake ULT GT2 (Not Intel 4000) I had a word with the customer support and they asked for a refund instead of replacement because they said that this is a catalogue error and the mentioned configuration doesn't exists in any of the Dell's system. I suggest Flipkart to take down this listing and would like to suggest buyers not to buy from this seller.

Don't buy this from Flipkart, they are a bunch of retarded people. Sent in faulty laptop, asked for replacement, was said I have to format it and install Windows and that Ubuntu wasn't supported when the laptop came in with Ubuntu as factory setting. According to them, the 10 day warranty would be extended because I was formatting the laptop which they didn't obviously didn't recognize later on. Now after installing Windows, it doesn't even load and goes into Blue Screen. So, I'm sitting with a broken laptop right now having wasted 40,000+ INR. The only response they have is go to a Dell. Well Flipkart how about this, why don't you just shove your effing opinions in your a$$ and go to hell?!?!?!?!
