I have been using this laptop for over half a month now and its just gr8 , this is the best laptop in this range. Superb finish metallic look.... super fast boot just takes 11-12 seconds...Touch is smooth ...backlyt keyboard gr8 . Dont know about gaming as i m nt a gamer. All in all a good product from DELL.
Metal finish, premium, sound quality good, though not as good as XPS. No Optical drive(not an issue to me though), fast processor, has 8GB SSD with a 500GB 5400rpm hybrit SATA Drive. Typical Dell LED Screen with awesome touch! Cheaper than Dell exclusive showroom! If you want a DELL, touch screen, look no further! :)
I've been using this laptop for over 20 months now. I bought a Dell Inspiron because the last one I used lasted for over 7 years and was sturdy. Sadly the quality of Dell laptops has gone down drastically. This one is cheap Chinese build; mostly plastic and loosely put together. I have a strong feeling that the parts inside are refurbished. A year later screws on one edge are out and the screen is dangling. 20 months later, WiFi has stopped working. Overall it's a poor product. I'm already looking to sell this and get HP. I'll never buy a Dell laptop again.
DON'T EVER PURCHASE FAULTY REFURBISHED LAPTOP BY DELL... I Have logged a multiple complaint since 2months and no action is taken , issue is not solved, dealer has kept laptop for the three months and not ready for the replacement of the faulty laptop, i suggest everyone who is looking to purchase , never think of buying it, it has the worst customer service, after purchase is made DELL customer service don't bother about your customer pain , i have wasted my 52000 on DELL , Will never purchase DELL products again in life, and others pls avoid purchasing dell laptop, if you don't want to waste money and time, the most frustrating experience , i don't have the laptop purchased nor the money is returned back, DELL is the big looters in market and soon it gone have a big down fall , for sure
Hi guys does this laptop have a standard keyboard or a backlit version .Cause the last time I called the Flipkart Customer Care,they told that it does not have a backlit version. Can u guys just confirm?
