The serial no. Is change on laptop and invoice There is no match, si if u want to claim warranty it will not works I checked online for warranty but there shows only 6months warranty Guys don't but it from here they are cheating with the customer. I called and emailed also but there are no response from the snapdeal They are really disappointed me. They are make cheating only.
Writing this review after 1 month of use.nFirst of all I opted this product, as its the best of its kind in configuration (i3 processor, 4 GB DDR3 Ram extendable to 8GB, 1TB hard Disk and the best Integrated Graphics Card). My earlier laptop was of HP model no DV6900 TX. Cost as 54,000 bought in Oct 2008. Suddenly a month before the purchase of this product the motherboard crashed, its due to the Nvidia Geforce Graphics card. the new mother board would have cost me around 9,000..so decided to buy a new one with Integrated Graphics Card this time. Also I was searching for Linux as its a free OS and doesn't cost you the OS price that you pay when built in windows 8 or 10 is there. Its cost you approximately 7,000 lesser and being an Indian you don't need original OS to run your PC. In the fist hour itself, I fully formatted my laptop and replace ubuntu with Windows 7. you can get the laptop drivers from the dell site..so there is no problem in that. here's the link :- http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/inspiron-15-5558-laptop/driversnnIt's a great product, in 30,000 price you cant have better than this. Sound is a bit low, which quite obvious with dell laptops, so no complain with that. Battery back up awesome. Good for gaming also. Personally am playing DMC5 and NFS hot pursuit .. with highest resolution and the game is too smooth.
