Good deal. Delivered on time. Laptop was in good shape and delivered as per committment. But I am disappointed that after spending 38K, there was no bag included with the laptop which costs between 500-600 Rs in the market. Dell should have been courteous enough to provide a bag for the laptop.

I bought this laptop from Dell store in city a month ago and here is my review............nPros:n1.Latest 6th gen Ci3 processor (6100U)n2.Very good battery life 5.5 hrs with average usage and 3.5 hrs with heavy usage or video playbackn3.Very nice look and design,premium feeln4.Audio output in speakers as well as in headphones is goodn5.Keyboard and track pad is fast responsive .n6.Windows 10 licence OSnCons : n1.Display - No full-HD display,viewing angle and color reproduction is not that great.n2.No backlit keyboard n3.Not useful for heavy gaming

A bit bulky but the build quality is great. The screen is nice. Windows 10 works beautifully on it. Overall nice laptop with good specs in decent price.

I received the product with broken seal. I am not sure this is a genuine product or not.nnAlso as per product description they say that they provide 15 month Mcafee subscription but I have not received it.

Got defective keyboard from Pinkcity central , inspite of return request they tried lot to convince me that its normal thing, cancelled my return request , so plz beware of these 10 days replacement policy which you will never get . Go through all reviews about distributors before you make any purchase .
