User Reviews for Dell Inspiron 15 5567 (Z563505SIN9) (Core i7 7th Gen/8 GB/1 TB/Windows 10) Laptop

This system is very responsive and has excellent battery life (with moderate usage I am able to get approx ~7hrs) with 3 cell battery present. video play for ~4.5hrs on full charge. No lag seen in any application. Have not tested any games. screen is non reflective which is good for usage. Came with pre-installed office home and student 2016 (which has word/excel/ppt/onenote). This has 7th gen i7-7500u processor with turbo peak freq of 3.5Ghz (much higher that prev 6th gen version). Was able to see system operating near peak turbo frequency as needed by applications (ie during start). Most of time temperature is in 40-45C which also keeps system relatively cool and good for long term ownership. (My prev 4yrs old system recently started to shutdown due to over heating even post servicing). Only system downside I see is regular harddisk (5400rpm) provided without a choice for SSD. Though if needed, in future CD drive can be easily swapped with SSD and more performance critical applications can be installed into that to make this this system even faster (not that it is slow at present). Verified that storite 9.5mm size caddy is the one which fits the CD drive size exactly and evo 750 sata3 SSD (very good price/performance balance) is compatible (Other sata compatible should also work, haven't verified). So this is future upgradeable which is great and has very good performance and power balance and should work for most folks. Bought this laptop during diwali sale offer for 65k (plus 3k cashback bank offer). Timely delivery by flipkart. Extended warranty and dell festive offer took quite some time. System did got registered in dell festive offer after 10 days of purchase with multiple followups. Expecting to get extended warranty enabled in 2 weeks.

It is the best laptop I have seen ever

I want to return my product as given replacement request but no delivery person came at my home to pick up dell laptop and hand over another one and no contacts made from delivery person then why my product replacement request rejected, if so then refund me my money if you can't deliver and collect your product asap. Reply soon on this matter.
