User Reviews for Dell Inspiron 15 5567 (Z563506SIN9) (Core i7 7th Gen/16 GB/2 TB/Windows 10) Laptop

I've Purchased my Dell Inspiron 5567 Notebook at October 19th 2016. Before Purchasing dell, I thought Dell Products would be good in Quality. After Purchasing my Laptop it was good and smooth for some days. After 2 Months( 16th December 2016) when I switched on my Laptop, it came up with the Issue that my Hard Drive is not found. I've Contacted Dell Technical Support. They have told they will be Replacing a new hard drive with my Warranty within 3 to 4 Business Days. i've waited for 8 days to get my Laptop fixed( it's Fixed on 24th Dec) . Service Engineer installed the Hard drive, after that my laptop worked normally. after 3 hours I turned on my laptop, I've faced the same issue by the same day. I've Contacted the Dell Support again and Asked them if they could Replace me with a new laptop. they have told they can't Replace the laptop, they can only help me with Replacing the Hard drive. Again i've Waited for another 5 days, Engineer Came up with new Hard drive and he installed it. Now they are saying that the issue is with the Mother board, Not with the Hard Drive. I've Asked the Technical support for a new Replacement for a new Laptop. A Pathetic Reply from a Technical Support Guy( No One can Believe an Electronic Product - Anything can happen Anytime). Stop Calling it as a Branded company If you can't guarantee that your Product would Run At-least 1 year without any issues. Save your Money Guys. Instead of Buying Dell, Buy a Korean Non-Branded Laptop. it would Run at-least 6 to 12 Months with low price. "NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DELL"

So bought this a month back and i can only say that if you want something that is top notch quality than i would surely say buy this one.'nnbefore buying it i did a lot of research about which one to buy i've sawn a lot of laptops .nnfirst is lenovo ideapad good quality but low on performance there is a hype is going on about their laptops so i thought that i should buy one too but then it struck my mind that ni want something for my need not because someone is saying that buy that one and blindly follow that.nni am a programmer so i need something that can handle the workload of Android studio, Oracle database, e.t.c ni fyou want something for programming than i would recommend this one.nni was at first stuck between HP and This one both are amazing brands and so much to offer but i choose this cauze of dells amazing worlds no 1 customer care that''s all.nif you want a beast then go for this mighty Lion

Before exchange offer of 10k it was @74k....but now with exchange offer price increased @81k...so this is really disappointing but this product is a master piece no doubt
