The product arrived in perfect condition. There was just too much packing for the laptop to get damaged. Great job by Flipkart on that. Coming to the product, I think it's one of the best buys in this range. I tried multiple combinations of specifications and the price you pay for them and this is as best as it gets. The laptop works like a charm with the 8th gen i5. The keyboard and the metal body all in all has a great feel to it. I would definitely recommend going for this if you're in the price range.
