Service is extremely poor. Ordered for a windows 8 operating system and got ubuntu instead. Price of same laptop with Ubuntu as operating system is around 3000/- less. Almost arnd 12 days and i have not received any news about replacing the laptop or refunding my money back. Highly unpleasant experience and feeling cheated now. Could have bought it from any nearby dealer with the same discount. Cursing myself. A word of advice - Please think twice before ordering !!

I got product on time, but this product is manufactured in Jan 12 so 1.5 year warranty have lapsed and battery not working. i have logged compilation on flipkart waiting for response

Received this laptop on 31-07-2014 with 3 years warranty and found out that out of 3 years warranty of 2 years has already been expired as the manufacturing of the product was in Oct,12

I ordered this product on Wednesday afternoon, got it on Thursday morning (I did not pay for next day delivery) - but what followed was a terrible experience: + AC adapter was not sent along with the laptop (battery was not charged either, laptop was not useable) + No clear date for delivering the adapter was provided in spite of repeated calls + Customer service folks would not share call history when transferring calls + I was provided AC adapter but with no power cord on Monday! + Wanted to avoid the bad experience of calling customer experience, hence purchased the power cord separately I do not have any issues with the laptop though. Dissatisfied with the experience and how it was handled.
