Hi, I bought this product recently and since from the day one i feel lagging/hang issue while i try to do any two actions together. I got replacement product and that too having similar problem then when i connected to DELL support team, i was told that this is multimedia laptop and I CANT PERFORM multi tasking which is very bad for this trend. Pros : picture quality, hard disk and specs Cons : Cant do multi tasking (even if any files are being copied and if you try to open just google chrome you will feel hang issue)
Totally satisfied with build quality, performance and battery backup. One of the well priced all rounder from Dell.

this is good to use it for studies but it has very poor sound quality system its graphic quality makes you go crazy for the gamer's for the best gaming experince u have to have a head set as the inbuilt speakers are the worst part of this particular system so to have a habbituated for the studious children as the person sitting next to will also not b bothered with the noise comming out of your system so if u r planning to go for this system think twice as it is only made for studies purpose and nothing else.the last but not the least is the screen which stated abut its anti glare system but has got al the patches that u will never wanna se in ur system........
