Please do not buy this. Specifications are wrong. 1. It says it has 2 memory slots 2. Memory is expandable to 4GB As it's performance is very poor and system was getting hanged almost every minute, I decided to upgrade it to 8GB. I called to Dell support for quotation and shocked to found that it has got only one memory slot and also it can support only upto 8GB. I have immediately informed about this to my friend. I had also bought one dell vostro 3546 in July, which has same specifications but when called dell i found the same issue with this laptop as well. This is simply not acceptable, when i asked them to at least replace (Not the one which i bought in July but the one which i bought recently) my laptop with higher configuration and i am ready to pay the difference. they simply ignored me. I hope this helps. Please compare all laptops on FlipKart on other sites for specs before you purchase. Thanks
wat a laptop my friends i personally dont know about the other reviews i was a bit scrared while buying coz the other review was not positive about the laptop and so it was a risk for me to buy this artistic peice of excelence but i give this awesome laptop 100000000000000 stars
This product doesn't have win 8.1 operating system. I have restore factory image after that Windows PC info shows Dell Inspiron 3542. I have check with dell customer support also confirmed that this product have Ubuntu operating system. I would recommend to check the operating system is activated in the factory image. I am not suggesting this product with operating system.

Everything was good. Only Battery gave up after exactly 2 years.
