6 months of usage of the Dell Inspiron N5050, I am glad I bought this. Bought it from snapdeal.com, this laptop did not pinch my pocket at all. With a nice display of the wide screen it has, I found it very convenient when I work for long hours at a stretch. The battery backup also suits as I did not had to panic before good four hours. My kids enjoy playing games, listening to rhymes and watching cartoon movies on this laptop. The keypad and the sensitive touchpad work very well. Ideal!
Having a dell Inspiron series laptop does make you work all day long without a break. It's been a month since I have it and it comes with a second generation processor which is one of the USPs. The Ubuntu Operating System was new to me but I managed to train myself. It is a nice laptop in black finish with a battery backup of 4 hours approximately; it has all the potential to top the charts. The highlight is the stereo speakers and the screen quality. 15.6 inch display, 500GB HDD capacity and a DVD drive, it has everything you ask for in a computer. The black finish is really elegant and suits all those who do not want show off but real work. With multiple screen and windows open, your system still runs smooth without any hangs. It's multipurpose laptop which can be easily used or home and office. Since it weighs 2.37 kg, travelling with it does not burden you up at all rather you have all the files along to the work station. This is a deal you must grab. A 15.6 inch laptop, it is definitely going to be treat who can try of switching from Windows. Other OS can also be installed if needed be and the performance will still be the same. Music movies, videos, images can be enjoyed on the high definition screen. 3D games are a delight on this Dell Laptop; you will sincerely sit for hours without straining your eyes. Happy with my latest purchase, Dell Inspiron is a complete package. With a price range in my budget of a 15.6 inch, 4GB, and a four hour battery backup this one was ideal for office and home use. I often took it to office for my presentation and since it weighs just 2.37 kg my backpack did not feel heavy at all. The black elegant look is great for any workplace and you just feel so confident of yourself when you are out and using this. The combination of Ubuntu and Second generation i3 processor allows high speed of computer operation
While the Laptop is pretty and great to work on I was quite upset with Ubuntu. I have used Windows up till now and was not pleased with the Operating system. The laptop is otherwise great with speakers, 500GB HDD capacity and a wide screen which is very comfortable for long office work. I also wish it should have more battery so that the work for longer when I am lying in my bed. Good for those who desire portability and high functioning on their laptop, make sure you are okay with Ubuntu before you buy this.
This dell laptop is a delight to work on. It's a computer set-up, for those who need everything prompt, crisp and meaningful. It has all the right features with no flashy extras and an appropriate price tag. I sometimes need to work from hone and for I needed portable and an extra powerful processor to take up all my work. Dell transfers data, runs software's along and battery backup is fine to its caliber. While the weight is not much, I can easily carry it to office without any shoulder pains.
