I bought this laptop from a different shopping portal and had to return it in 5 days flat! The issue was no boot. I have been working with computers a long time now to know it was a mainboard issue. I hope the laptop I go was an aberration and not indicative of the build of the laptop in general. Well here is what I felt about the laptop in the short time I had it. nBuild Quality: The laptop seems to be flimsy and especially bendy on the right hand side, just above the DVD ROM tray. The screen has a rather limited angle of tilt.The viewing angles are satisfactory The full island numeric keypad is nice but not very reassuring as it is on the RHS of KBD right on top of DVD tray. On the LHS it takes some getting used to with the KBD as shift and caps lock are inconveniently placed. That's all the bad stuff I could find. On the plus side:n1) Long 5 hr batt lifen2) 8 GB RAMn3) Three USB 3.0 Ports, 1 USB 2.0 Portn4) Decent performance with Linux (Thats what I used)n5) I got it for 20500. Killer Price nNow I must admit it had some problems like touchpad not working by default on Linux which I could fix only after looking online for 2 days and the fact that the laptop actually crashed, I still want to give it another go because just look at the positives. Decent performance, affordable price I think that’s a winning combo.

Hi All,nnI need to buy this product but curious to know how is it and what is the benifit to buy as it is the only company giving laptop for under 23000/- with 8GB ram and i3 1.7 GHZ processor. I need to know all details and reviews if anyone has gathered any, also want to know about the after sales services and support.

I purchased a Fujitsu laptop 3 years ago from flipkart, the laptop is very good ,specs were good compared to other laptops at that price, even the performance is good. The issue is after 2 years you would want to change the battery or adapter due to gradual wear over the years and thats where I got the shock,as per my research,Fujitsu has no service center of its own other than the few address it mentions on its website, their service is basically outsourced to local vendors and these guys dont have original battery,they will get you a compatible one with warranty,even this compatabile one will cost you more than orginal HP/Dell battery. I even sent mails to Fujitsu and got a quote of 8k for a laptop battery!! since they would import it from Germany,same place where this laptops are made, finally I was left with the option of either buying a compatible battery at 3-4k or order from online chinese sites and after all this, these non original batteries cant garuntee you 4-5 hours back up which the original battery gives, I hope someone is listening, Fujitsu your products are good but such service makes it risky to buy it in the first place,I am satisfied with my fujitsu laptop,3 years still no lags nothing.

Excellent performer............. no lag and battery performance is too good upto 8hrsnBut sound quality in laptop's speaker not good like lenovo, dell etc nbut in headphone and auxiliary speakers its awesome....nnngo for it........
