Godrej GSC 12 GIG 5 DGOG 1 Ton Inverter Split AC

Worst product...I had bought this product on 10th Apr..Installation done on 15th Apr...I am facing noise issue in outlet...I am complaining again and again the same issue at godrej cust care...they are registering my complaints but no one has yet come to fix this issue...frustrated now..still struggling...I hope flipkart ka return pakka wala funda will work here.... Now today is 10th May..I had already requested for return the AC on 1st May...Godrej technitians has visited multiple times and they have also agreed about noise issue...but no one is ready to take an action regarding my issue. Flipkart has also cancelled my return request after 8 days without any intimation. Flipkart ka easy return is not an easy return it is frustrated return policy...I have lost hope on flipkart now...guys dont purchase high valued items from flipkart as thier return policy is not as easy as they mentioning in advt. I have very bad experience with flipkart, I won't buy anything from flipkart onwards. Again frustrated now

The product I have not tested much 5 star for flipkart delivery. Installation from godrej is disappointing. They fit the support plate in wrong angle. The drain pipe is slightly high in angle than the ac. Ac is not sitting both sides on holders, it is sitting only one side. Also the outer unit has power joints for which the screws got stuck, I doubt they fit them properly. Tested for Gas leakage and it seems that is fine. May be a good product but old one and poor installation Update poor product, no cooling at all, feeling created. Put it in 16 degree still it feels like a fan. I would have bought a fan ... Do not ever buy goede AC.
