I would never recommend anybody to buy this machine. Lots of bugs in its programming. The wash cycle is very small. Unless you soak your clothes for a long time due to the small wash cycle it feels the clothes are unwashed. Even my semi automatic machine was much better than this. There are problems to change the cycle in case you want to as the machine doesnt allow you to change it. And on top of it this machine tears clothes. My T-shirt and shirt were torn. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I am very disappointed with the decision to go ahead to buy an Indian brand..it would have been better I bought LG or Samsung.
I have bought this piece 2 weeks ago from one of the best dealers of godrej which is "Sony electronics" at BHEL. After 4 days of my purchase there observed tear in the shirts and sarees used at my residence. When booked a complaint to godrej the service person came and discuss about the issue and given a report for replacement to M/s Godrej but there no action taken by them and its been really irritative always booking a complaint and doesnt respond to the customer
