I bought this TV from outside as I got it with less price + 3 Years Warranty + 3 Yeares Extended Warranty (Paid Extra 3400, Bajaj Warranty). Coming to the TV, Believe me, This is the Best TV, I've seen in This price Range. Display is Beautiful, Brighter, Colors are Excellent. Sound output is little less. I have 320Gb external HDD, I can watch all movies,Videos from it. However Videos formats are limited, Check which format you play more before buy or Use external devices to play Videos. Note - I had samsung 40 inch FHD tv before i bought this. Used for 2.5 years and it died. Panel + Backlit LED, All gone ! Sold in 5K, Bought in 55K! When using thisTV with SD connection, Picture quality is really good if i compare with my previous samsung FHD tv. HD connection, Both excellent. However Picture in this Haier tv is more brighter and vibrant. Haier call center is good and technician came in 72 hours as they promised me. (Display, Warranty and Service is priority for me) I wanted to buy from these brands Sanyo, BPL, Sansui, VU, Videocon........But Finally I bought Haier because Value for money. Seriously, Display more gorgeous than 50K Andorid LG TV. Hope my review helps. Thanks

Worst product don't buy. I'm vijayalakshmi from Chennai, I purchased this TV in Chennai on 16th Feb 2017, I want the installation to be done on 18th Feb when I'll be available at home. after installation I noticed the sound clarity is too low. When I asked this to the Haier technician he told this is how the make is and he left. After that only I noticed that one side Fram is not fixed properly due to that the TV screen panel is shaky on that side. nnMy friend is also having same TV in his home it is good and in show room also it is good. nnI raised a complaint on this. After two days The technician came again and said this how the make is and it will be like that only. As I said above the TV is not like that in my friends house and in show room. He told you would have not checked this 42“ TV. And this TV is always like this and it is not a problem at all. Again I told but in my friends house and in show room it is not like that. For that he is telling by luck he got the good product. nnIt seems they will produce defective by chance if you have luck you will get good one or else you will get the defective one. nnI order to raise this issue to the hair's higher authority I escalated this issue to them. I got the same response from Haier's higher authorities also. after many call only they told me to fix this issue. I want the TV to be replaced with the new one. But they are telling they will repair it and they will give. After they took this TV for check still I didn't get any response from them. nnBefore buying this TV check throughly or else they will say this how the make is and it is not a fault at all. nnSo better don't buy this TV
