Called Hitachi customer two times. 1. Auto complaint booking- Never received a service request. 2. Contacted the support person, they informed that you will receive a service request ID on registered mobile and verified my registered mobile number. But never received a SR number. No one has turned up so far in 3 weeks. Will not recommend Hitachi to anyone. Go for other brand with better service.
1. The "free" installation actually cost Rs. 750 because the Hitachi people in Indore forced me to buy a stand from them for Rs. 750 that is available in the market for Rs. 250. 2. The people who came to install dug a whole in the wall triple the required size which later I had to get closed from another person. 3. The insulation of the AC pipes was cut short by the Hitachi "engineer". That left a 6 inch gap on the both the pipes on the outdoor unit side. That reduced cooling. Later I bought extra insulation from the market to cover the pipes fully. 4. The remote stand was not installed by them on the wall. They were in a hurry!!! 5. I have decided never to call Hitachi people from Indore for anything regarding this AC now. 6. The product itself is not so perfect. Both indoor and outdoor units make a lot of noise. 7. The remote looks and feels cheap. 8. Cooling is moderate. Takes time to cool even my small room.
Nice looking AC with wonderful performance, it can cool 150 sqft room in 10 minutes, very less noise.nInstallation done for free of cost by Hitachi, note: please contact Hitachi for Installation and check for any offers available.
I bought this AC and it was promptly delivered by Flipkart .Flipkart raised the request for installation on the same day itself then starts the wait .2 days past no calls from Hitachi for installation -Kudos to Flipkart their executive called to inquire whether AC is installed.On letting them know that it has not been installed they escalated it with Hitachi but still no calls for installation .I myself tried to escalated via Hitachi Service but no luck .Flipkart kept inquiring and after lot of escalation ultimately the AC got installed on the 7th day .That to very unprofessional installation .nNow starts a new chapter -the AC ODU is making quite a buzzing noise so much so that the noise was audible inside the room as well .Raised a complaint with Hitachi Again -no body responded in 2 weeks time now .nThen ultimately raised return request with Flipkart -they were very professional they raised a request with Hitachi and the technician arrived the same day and declared faulty compressor .nHad returned it and never going to buy a Hitachi again .Service is pathetic . nnNothing against Flipkart - in this whole fiasco they have been very helpful and supportive and Kudos again to the Flipkart team .
Good AC for this price with Copper coil. You dont find AC in this price with copper Coil. Product Quality is good. Installation quality given by Engineer 3\5(on monitoring).Got it with Free installation Offer, but Engineers not aware of the Offer.
