I have purchased, online, 5 airconditioners for my home over the past 1 year. 2 Hitachis and 3 reputed Korean made ones. My Hitachi's have not stopped giving trouble while the Korean airconditioners are performing well. There does seem to be a manufacturing quality issue with Hitachi as problems keep cropping up. Unfortunately, Hitachi service is non-existent hence fixing issues takes multiple calls and escalations. Much of the time, the toll-free and other complaint numbers do not work. Call centre staff are poorly trained and not professional. Complaints raised in the mobile app are not attended to. Therefore, the airconditioner(s) remains unusable for long periods of time. nnThis is in sharp contrast with service visits occurring for the Korean brands without having to be requested. Besides, I've not faced any issue with the Korean airconditioners so far.
AC is very good , but type remote is pathetic , i seen many remote but this one is really bad.
