Unsatisfactory

Hi all Please be careful when you by mobile in flip kart I ordered honor 8x 6gb ram and 64gb rom but I received a product totally different they sent 4gb ram. Rs 4000 is loss for me by purchased through flip kart. I done so many follow ups but didn't get response from any one. I raised a return request simply they are rejecting every time. I sent my Adhaar card pan card driving license to refund my money back but they simply rejecting. Almost 10 days gone., after 10th day they rejected my request now I am unable to raise my return request they cheated me I loss my money 4000 by purchased through flipkart. It should not happen to others. I should be the last one. So I am conveying to all.
