This laptop is very good for day to day usage . You can also inser sd card. But this laptop costs 200$ in US = 12650 ruppes so if you have any one in US tell them to send you one :) and happy new year

I own this device , it was sent by my uncle as a gift on christmas day from usa, so, here r some pros and cons,npros:1)Build quality :buid quality of this device is great,even better than some expensive models of dell and hp,with awesome matt texture on the lid,and good color change on the arm rest area,n2)battery life:on par with about 5-6 hrs of backup and more when viewing documents.reading pdfs,preparing spreadsheetsetc n3)display: good display not awesome with poor viewing angles though its a matte displayn4)keypad and keyboard : good enough for that small laptop,great job by hpnhere comes my consn1)main con is its storage 32 gb whatt the....even my one plus one has 64 gb of onboard memory,needless to say its a windows laptop ,atleast 500gb is must ,another thing in mind u cant upgrade hdd bcause storage is soldered to motherboardn2)ram: its jus 2 gb ram & u cant upgrade this tooo...n3)pricing:google has already made indians fools by overpricing their chromebooks.in US ,microsoft released this laptop to compete with chromebooks,which indians doesnt give a s**t,also in US they are selling for about 200$ including MS office,which is about 12000 in rupees, bt they r selling here for about 20000 rs ,i think microsoft likes to gain that money which they lost in US,thinking us dumb ,also its not worth 20000rs there r many laptops which offer better config in this price rangen4)processor : its decent processor bt we are getting some a4s and pentiums in this price range bt the celeron processor here is a new one bt they lack powern5)graphics: every intel processor is bundled with intel graphics which r very much inferior compared to their amd counterparts in the similar price range,i suggest every new laptop or pc buyer should seriously think about amd processors,graphic cards,apu's bcause intel counterparts are damn expensive and include expenses they use inorder to advertise,seriously guys...n dont buy this laptop until the price is less than 14000rs at this price honestly ,its a waste of money

I brought this lappy ,after extensive research for a gorgeous lady ,whom i could fall in love with ,lol. and finally i found this one. its one of the beast looking notebooks out there in the market.,even if you spend 8-9k more ,you wont get this premium designed notebook.n i think i have got a defective one or this problem is with others too ,idk . some of the keys are quite noisy as well as the touchpad feels like it is badly fitted , well i have asked for the replacement ,though. ;ets ee the pros and cons i noticed : nnpros; n plays full hd and even 4k uhd movies butter smooth ,if run from the windows media plays , it lags a lot while pllaying it through vlc ,even hd ones . dont know how to fix it , i figure it out . nnthe most gorgeous looks it has got, in this budget nngood for handling light applications ,browsing, ms office ,and for normal usagennits lightweight and compact , comes a lot handy at timesnndespite 3 cell battery , it gives an exceptional backup of 5 hrs( hd videoplayback) atleast n,watched a lot of movies on it, but gets laggy if played in vlc ,the. mp4 runs fine on windows media player which doesnt support .mkv filetype . nnncomes with a lot of offers , the sdHC for 199 ,32gb class 10,and the wd elements 2.5 inches 1 tb hdd for 3400 . ,ill buy that between 15-30 jan.nnand the preactivated win. 8.1 and ms office ,the latest ver. nn and of course ,the hp the trusted brand manufactured nn cons. n cant play even mid range games ,flawlessly .,not meant for thatnn slightly lags sometimes , nnthe brightness is quite low , should have been much better nnssd 32 gigs ,no hard disk n nlow on ram only 2 gigsnnno GPU included , for better performancennscreen size should have been greater , its 11 inches ,should have been 13 inches atleast nnoverall ,specs wise its ZERO , but looks wise and for normal usage its awesome ,n ncause of my rating is because i needed some good buy ,which looks aweso. and is perfect for normal usage . so my side thumbs up!!!!!!

32 gb eMMC on laptop in todays world is really stupid.of the 32 gb 10 will be used up by windows files,hibernating mode will cost you 2.5 gb ,what will one do with only 18 gb for a laptop.32 gb of SSD along with an HDD slot would have been a better option but only 32 gb on laptop with cloud storage is dumb move by HP.u can get cloud storage for other 3rd party providers. no need to waste your money on this piece of junk.go for ASUS or LENOVO seriously they provide similar config for cheaper price with touch screen.even though ram for windows 8.1 is not enough 4gb will be better.but still for this price other options of 10.1 or 11.6 would be better with 500gb of hdd which canbe upgraded to 1tb

Was using this laptop in the US. My preference was a light weight laptop that can do all my day to day activities like mails, browsing and MS office and has the juice to last for atleast 4 hours. This machine ticked all the boxes effortlessly. Have been using this for the past few months and am happy to see this being launched in India. nnMoreover the laptop is fast with a 32GB SSD and build quality is premium. The biggest boon is its extremely light (tablet levels) and easy to carry around... Keep a HD handy for storage if you travel a lot, otherwise the 1TB cloud is more than enough...
