My complaint is in respect of non installation of basic Microsoft office software... While checking feature and price of product.. One is not expected to see whether Basic Microsoft Office is installed in it or not... This is basic thing without which no person can operate laptop.. They expect me to install Microsoft office For Rs 5000 in my laptop which I have purchased for Ra. 30490/-.. It is too much.. It is better to purchase from local retail seller who will say MRP and in his MRP basic software are provided free of cost... nAfter finding my complaint.. Height of flipkart that they removed the option of Software Problem from their complaint... nThis is nothing unfair, unjustified and cheating from Flipkart.. I had been loyal customer of Flipkart.. I have purchased Mobile worth Rs. 20000.. I expect such giant company to spend extra amount to maintain its credibility and trust of its customer.. nI did not mention any fault reason like missing of any part, any damage.. I wrote my only genuine complaint.. Till today I have purchased more than 5 laptop and computer from local retail shol.. Such basic software are provided only.. I don't know whether they are pirated or original.. But I had been satisfied with my retail stores.. nNow I would prefer to be cheated by local store rather from Online Store.. Atleast Local Store Person will be with me in case of any urgency in my life...nThank u Flipkart.. Good Bye.

Best service by flipkart, got delivered next day of my order,packaging was excellent and the laptop was scratchless, very full marks and I am using this laptop for almost a week it's great and works good with 4gb ram little bit slow some times in some apps but over all good experience good product from HP.. 👍👍 it's good for light business works and every day use but not for heavy uses..

As I purchased it to give as a gift. I did not open it for few days. After few days I came to knew that product is not new, as someone has already registered for warranty 3 months ago. Now I have warranty of 8-9 months. And Flipkart wont take it back as it have passed 10 days mark.

Thanks Flipkart for the nice delivery and offering for best price. I bought it for 30990. After using for 3 months 15 days it was a nice experience in using product and no complaints / issues till today. Its a light weight, so easy to carry when compared to other windows products. Laptop bag is not included which makes me little depressed but satisfied with product.
