I ordered this laptop on 29-Jan and got it on 31-Jan.. thanks to flipkart for their super fast service. When I opened my laptop it is like love at first sight..nIts sleek design, light weight and battery backup makes it different from other laptop of this price range.. nIcing on cake WINDOWS 8.:)

Im writing this review from the my Sleekbook after using it for over 7 months now. I'm not here to give you gyan on the technicalities of the product, which you can anyway find by yourself. nnI'm pretty satisfied with this product and recommended it to one of my friends too, who is also using this since past 1 month. Best thing about this product is the value for the money you pay. I was looking for a sub-2kg lappy with under 35K, and this product fits beautifully in the that category. There are other products too, but they wont probably offer you an intel i3/3rd Gen, or probably the clocking of the processor will be on the lower side. This lappy had it all, so I bought it from flipkart.nn7 months of heavy use (by heavy, I mean the lappy stays on almost 13hrs a day, but most of my work is not processing heavy.), has taken its toll. The battery stays on for not more than 2hrs 30 mins. The Altec Lansing speakers are not too good, certainly not for people looking for an enriching media experience. Screen viewing angles are not very good too.Windows 8.1 has its own glitches, but that is not to be couted under the lappy's flaws.nnGood thing bout the lappy is its lightweight, easy to carry around, design is sleek literally, and does most of your everyday stuff (email, IM, surfing, excel n word apps, a few analytics tools like SPSS and crystal ball etc) parallelly with ease.

Good build quality, and decent keyboard & touchpad. Gloss finish attracts too much finger prints. Would be good if it is matte finish. Unbelievable crisp audio at high volume. Not having a CDROM drive is good for mobility.(Why carrying a cd rom drive when you hardly use during some installation?). For this price tag HP must provide an I5 processor. Power plug is not a standard pin and it would be difficult to find a replacement charger. 35K for a all plastic laptop is bit costly for me. I should have gone for some metal stuff like Asus K series or Lenovo U series for another 5K and I get a small SSD for boot.

sleekbook with 14" with such a low price was best purchase from flipkart. working very nice.npro. nvery fast, sleek, win8, good battery, good pricennconnNO VGA port, additional usb to vga required. hard to work with touch pad initially having different type of scroll.

sleek design like an ultrabook..good battery life and 3rd generation i3 with 4gb makes it a very fast machine. Graphics and sound quality is excellent..A+++ product from HP..in addition it has 1 year accidental damage warranty
