Just bought this laptop ( NOT FROM FLIPKART ) , its a very good laptop loaded with windows 8 and 4 gb RAM . It is even touchsmart i.e screentouch and keyboard operative. liked it very much !! REMARKABLY Sleek and awesome design....Overall Very nice laptop for everyday use !
I ordered this laptop for my dad for this birthday and he love's it every bit; It a very good buy for the price you pay for it. I had a bit of issue with the logistics partner (eKart Logistics). Beware ... u can only track them online, they don't have a customer care phone number at all. My shipment was delayed by a couple of days and there was no proactive measures taken by flipkart to let me know that my shipment is delayed or what the status was... I would give the product 5 star for its performance .... and would give flipkart and ekart logistics 2 stars for the way in which the delay was handled and my overall customer service experience.
HP has lived up to its reputation. This laptop should more than suffice the needs of a home user. The camera and the speaker are both high quality peripherals. The touch screen is consistently sensitive which again speaks of the quality. The machine looks quite stylish and the backpack that came with it is pretty cool and sturdy. Flipkart, as always, was impeccable with the delivery. Keep it up folks!
Hi all..i got this product last year...there is no issue in lappy...i loved to use it... i dint put so much of software... but for movies..playing small games... for daily use..really worth one....
