Beware of HP Envy series laptops. They have serious design flaws. The hinges which attache the screen to the bottom are very weak and tend to snap open the laptop even with light usage. HP customer service is the worst in the world . They will tell you that the damage happened cause of customer usage and charge you 15000 rs to fix the issue. Hp is a fraud .. they are trying to make profit from the design flaws in their laptop.. DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE... You will repent in the future.. Better buy other brands cheaper and more reliable... Best of Luck ...

hey guys i bought this product for hp store at 76000 during diwali and got lots of free offers.now coming to laptop nfirst thing is its look:-nif you need a pretty machine just go for it upper lid is fiber but the base is made up of aluminium. looks good feels premium.built quality is up to the mark and looks solidnscreen quality:- color saturation ,brightness and the anti glare screen is just perfectnsound:- loud and crisp clear sound . you will just fall in love with the sound quality nbattery backup :- even though it has a 3 cell li battery the battery backup is too gud around 3 hr continous heavy gaming and around 6 hr for normal usagenperformance:- being i5 it lag a bit not a issue 12gb ram provide sufficient multitaskingnand now the reason i bought this laptop NVIDIA gtx 950m graphic card plays everything in highest setting no matter how graphic intensive game it is some of the games i have played (GTA 5 ,prototype etc) nnone more thing its cooling system is the best because of its design no heating issue for normal use no matter how much time you are spending workingnheats a bit during heavy gaming but cools even faster simply the best cooling system in laptopsnat last if you are a heavy gamer guys just go for it cause you wont get a gaming laptop such beautiful and thin with full loaded features.

Delivery time given to me - 11 daysnnPayment made - In advancenn3 calls made by me to flipkart call center (that i am worried that there is no progress update except payment approved) and every time reassured product will be delivered.nOn Day 9, i get a SMS that product not available and is cancelled. nnAnd therefore, Seller is a fraud and Flipkart is so careless!

This is 2nd hand product .This time I am very disappointed with flipkart and your seller.Charu cutter must be banned. Flipkart need to take strict action against this seller. Charu cutters is a fake seller. Never go with this seller.
