The laptop is good and working, although I strongly feel that this dispatch is one of those laptops which are on store display. The packaging and marks of cleaning wipes reveals so! Well, nothing to say if HP's presentation is poorly like that.

Laptop is light weight n compact. Looks good and works flawlessly.The display is better than 15.4" laptops . Does not not heat up and creates no sound. Satisfied with my purchase.
