I got this laptop for a friend (from Flipkart). The specs and price is excellent. Even the delivery was quick and fast. The only issues I faced : I'm detailing it here.nnProblem 1: Cannot boot to CD/USB to install an alternate OS.nSolution: a. Insert CD/bootable USB.nb. Restart/Start laptop.nc. Press the F9 key till a menu appears.nd. Select the option and boot and install your new operating system (Windows / Linux)nnProblem 2: No drivers and could not output to Projector or TV using HDMI.nSolution: Download and install drivers from this link: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4063&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=6622225nnSuggestion: Flipkart (or HP) should provide a CD with the drivers or atleast copy the drivers on the alternate partition that is created on the laptop.nnBottom line: Good buy. (1 less star for the missing drivers.)

For this price, you get a laptop that manages all routine applications reliably and always runs quietly while doing so. Even the battery life is good enough to last for 4-5 hrs after full charge. As in most low-budget laptops, you have to live with average screen but the screen resolution in this laptop seems to be quite decent. If you are currently looking for a budget laptop with good configuration HP Compaq is surely a choice.

laptop delivered in time, but the software installation driver CD's r not available inside the pack. When asked, u people simply said to contact the seller directly. U people should know that it is not our job to contact the seller because v r purchasing from u only n not from seller directly.nMy suggestion is to provide those drivers in each of the laptop u sell in future.

Everything is all right, but look at Battery, it is a 4 cell battery & It has only 1 USB 3.0 port.nnI suggest you to purchase other 6 cell laptop. nnPros: i3, freedos, RAM Clock speed.nnCons: Battery

Well... To start with... The service given by Flipkart is far more pleasing... Received my product prior the due date (i.e due date was 5th of April, I received it on 4th of April)... I bought it against my old laptop (i.e Rs.5000 off) and also Rs.1599 off on selected laptops... All in all, I bought t at a price Rs.23,391. The product was very excellently packed, no problem with that.n However, after opening the laptop box, I saw that I wasn't provided with the user manual book, due to which switching the laptop on linux was damn irritating, so had to immediately take it to the nearby shop and install windows OS. n Now, let me tell you about the laptop:n1.The look and feel of the laptop is great, looks stylish; the keypad and the keyboard is very comfortablen2. Since its Windows 8 OS, it starts up damn quickly (as compared to Windows 7)n3. Battery performance is soo cool, it gave me back-up for at the least 4 hours.n4. Microsoft Outlook, is sadly, hangs alot, so have close the app and then start it again n5. When the CD or DVD are inserted, the laptop makes a lot of noisen6. Using the laptop for more than 5-6hours (i.e simple word, powerpoint, movies and anti-virus) heats it up a little (didn't expect this :( ) n7. When I installed Windows 8, I haven't still getting any drivers of this PC. I hope this gets solved soon :(nnnnAll in all, Its a good buy as you won't get 3rd gen i3 along with 4GB RAM at this price. Go for it!
