A good choice for a slim notebook at an economical price. I was not aware at the time of placing order, that optical disk drive is not available and found it difficult to create a bootable usb for installing windows 8 Its a 64 bit architecture machine and I have loaded Windows 8 pro 32 bit. Feels feather-lite to carry despite being a 15" machine The delivery was made 3 days well ahead of the scheduled date. Go for sure with this one if you can compromise on non-availability of disk drive
Although it has a Pentium processor, but u won't notice the difference even between a core i7 and PDC unless your work requires a lot of processing power like heavy video editing, film making, gaming etc. If the only purpose is web browsing, microsoft word and some music, it will satisfy you to highest extents that too at such an unbelievably reasonable price. Its reliable, very durable can be put inside even a small bag due to its slim dimensions. I'm running windows 8 and it hasn't slowed down even once. Overall looks and feel is also quite premium. Everybody who sees it just can't believe that its a notebook near to Rs. 20,000. One word: Go for it....!!
not buyed from flipkart but like to give a review on dis product its been a week since i m using dis product pros: 1)sleekbook 2)no need of cooling pads n all for dis lappy 3)screen is pretty nice 4)processor is fine 1.5*2 ~3 ghz approx u get n since dual core multithreading etc. things possible 5) speakers produce good sound quality 6) new features in touchpad are available pinc to zoom , n scroll etc. 7) every notification like for wifi hdd led n power led etc. are notified to me with a small led light which looks asum 8)webcam which is hd one is truely fabulous with a flash light with it cons: 1)no rom i did not realize while buying but its ok hardly we require it for installing some hardwares like printers etc. 2)no vga slot , actually in country like india product with new technology like HDMI ports takes time to get based so i was expecting a vga port but dey provided me with HDMI which is currently not needed since every projectors n displays dont hv HDMI slot 3)HP could have provided dis lappy with a 6cell battery it would have been a wonder bt only 4 cells so max 2.5 hrs continusly it works
good when i purchased in dec 23 but i have problem sometimes, the laptop will not work until i take out the battery it happening again and again and i inform already to dealer but no action. problem sir
