Product is good but finding drivers is very though and AMD Radeon graphics are not installing

nice laptopngood configurationndownload driver from hp websitenthere is graphic driver issue don't worry update the driver from device manager.nscreen quality is not that good... color reproduction is not that good.. you need to calibrate it... nbuild quality is okay... hdd led and power led indicator not in proper place.. stupid design nnbut cheap price worth it... nnthough u will struggle to allocate high performance graphic to some application. nnoverall if u want cheap price and good performance can go for it...

Honestly speaking one of the big mistake of my life that I’ve purchased HP Laptop. I purchased from flip kart and they delivered on 15th Oct and having hardware problem in my HP laptop. I have coordinated with Flipkart concerned team, either replace my laptop or refund my money but they declined my request very rudely saying that seller disapproved your request. If product is not functioning properly then why to keep it. After that I got a call from HP Support team and they said we will come and verify your product and if problem is there will replace or refund you the money as per your convenience. They scheduled the appointment on 25th Oct at 2 PM IST but they didn’t full fill the promise. Again I called HP support and they promised me that they will come to my place as per one year Onsite warranty rule. I got a call one of the HP technician and he told me he will come on 28th Oct at 10:00 AM IST again same story (He didn’t). I called him, he informed me that he’s on leave my question is why HP technician are giving the fake promise if they are not able to fulfill it. I’m totally frustrated with this HP laptop & explaining the same story to HP Support Team.nHP & Flipkart THANK YOU VERY MUCH for Playing a game with your customer. Just I wanted to say one thing if your customer is not happy with you then YOU ARE NOTHING. So stop playing the game.
