I would like to give a long review, including HOW TO INSTALL WINDOWS on this laptop, which was a troublesome process for me, and was the only problem faced by all people who bought this. nFirst of all, the product is of awesome look, but will work a little lag with Windows 10. We cannot expect anything better from a Pentium processor, so you have to compensate something. nThis laptop is enough and will go smoothly for watching movies, net browsing, video calling and the basic requirements like this. nIf you have to deal with PHOTOSHOP, VIDEO EDITING, GAMING, please DON'T buy this product. Go for i3 processor along with graphics card. nNow about installing windows. This product DOESN'T come with a driver disc. You have to download driver from website. So you CANNOT boot from an USB disc, as the driver for USB is not installed. Only way to install windows is to use a BOOTABLE DVD disc. nYou cannot directly install windows 10 from DVD as windows 10 has a size of 5.5 GB and DVD can hold only 4 GB. So you have to make a bootable DVD disc of windows 7, install all drivers and later upgrade to windows 10. nYou can make a bootable DVD using IMGBURN software, which is available free on internet. Watch YouTube videos and you will know how to make one. You can also search on YouTube for how to make a bootable windows disc and you will have enough videos.nThank you and I hope my review helps you. What I wanted was an informative review like this and couldn't find one and had to waste my 2 days trying to install windows from USB and to learn the solution for the problem from internet. Its been more than one month. I installed window 10 pro. working absolutely smoother.good battery backup. 4 stars because i feel the touch-pad need a little improvement. useful for everyday documentation, web surfing , watching HD quality movies. gives a feeling of compactness

Hi i have got no warrany card for my laptop and there was no proper packing done besides that i m unable to find any info with the serial no provided on my lappy and no operating system updated all the files are corrupted i m unable access it.I might have got the used product this was my first day exprience regarding the seller the product is worst.
