The product is very much genuine. If you know how to configure your computer then you will have no problem. Lots of other buyers complained about low sound. I did not had that low sound as i installed the correct driver from internet. For driver go to google search and type (drp full install) and go to the website which appears first on the search list. From the website download an installation package only few mb size . Run the installation packages and it will scan your computer and install all the required drivers total of 11 or 12 drivers total of 450mb approx. I have installed windows 7 but 8 and 10 will also run. For installation or booting hit the escape button multiple times immediately after pressing the power button. track pad is smooth and multigesture with the driver. Low heating , the ventilation in through the key gaps and not from the bottom so you can keep it on the bed and it will still be able to circulate air inside, however take care that the air exhaust port on the left side is not blocked otherwise it will heat. Viewing angle is good in the screen. With driver when the brightness is reduced the battery consumption is low. 3 to 4 hours backup while browsing the internet, downloading reduces the backup time to 3 hours approx. Gaming however will give u the least backup 1 to 2 hours max , you get backup depending on ur usage. Over all its the best buy in this price. Hp machines are good you can buy with your eyes closed

I have purchased this laptop.... Good Battery backup.... Very Good and first performance.... Sounds quality are very Good.... Camera quality Good,not bad.... Wifi/Bluetooth work very Smooth.... Overall this this price range laptop performance are very Good.... I am full Satisfied....

You doing fraud by sending defective piece and your application doesn't respond for return option help

Product build is good and sturdy. Battery is lasting for 5 hrs. At times I am experiencing slow response. I have installed windows 10, all drivers are available. Should be enough for basic functions like browsing, office etc.
