Worst experience ever!

There is a BIG issue with the battery. It drains horribly fast, at the rate of 2-5% in just 2mins! I placed a return request the day I got it delivered. Apparently a 'Replacement' of the same product is the option available and it's under processing now. I hope the new one comes soon 'without any defect'.

Decent for the BUDGET

The laptop looks decent. The smoke grey variant is better than the usual dull black variants. This comes with a trial of MS Office 365 and Mc Afee. I uninstalled them both on day one itself. MS office 2016 works better. 1. I havent installed any games so far. Will be installing Dota 2, CS GO and FIFA16. I think it will work in low-medium settings given the specs of this laptop. 2. Battery backup is average I guess. As I'm a student I use it for reading PDFs and making Powerpoint presentations. So far I have got around 4-5hr battery backup which is okay for me. 3. The display is HD and not FHD. 4. The sound is just average. I guess you can deal with that as you are scrolling here so definitely you are tight on a budget and are a student who wants lil bit of gaming. Go for the laptop. It's okay lol. The warranty by HP is from the manufactured date. My laptop was built on September 2017 and I purchased it in Feb 2018. The website shows I have 8 months warranty remaining. This is a major bummer! I got this laptop for 36k on Feb 19.

Best in the market!

Decent laptop and specifications ensures smooth glitch free performance. AMD processors are definite value for money. Only issue is the warranty, which by default starts from the time the laptop leaves factory instead of the usual purchase date. The issue was solved by contacting HP support and sharing the invoice copy. I got full 12 months warranty updated from HP support. P.S. There was no laptop bag :-(

Absolute rubbish!

Delivered product was not company sealed. Spots and figure prints noticed. Warranty provided is extended warranty not original. Date of warranty starts from August 18 whereas invoice is dtd 14.9.18. It shows it is either used or a demo piece. Mnfrd in 2017 not 18. Requested for refund.
