I had first received a laptop in which one of the key wasn't working. When I ordered for replacement they had taken almost a month and delivered a damaged one again in which the aluminium pad under the number keys was bent and making noise when we hit the keys.nI was sick of Flipkart and got the product corrected by contacting HO directly.nnWould never recommend anyone to buy laptops through Flipkart..
flipkart's service is extremely good. i buy regualrly from flipkart and i have never faced any problem. this time i ordered hp laptop and as expected the delivery was in time and the device was pre loaded with windows 8.1 and mcafee internet security. this is really a good gesture that came from flipkart. really satisfied.
