very impressive product...........it costs 28000 for me when i purchased it from outside and i also get bag,mouse,pendrive,screen guard,cleaning kit.........................

Hard to find drivers from hp support web site, where we can get drivers for hp products. I am surprised the network controller driver is not available for this product in hp support portal. If you ask support, they are also not able to provide solution.nnWeb cam is too bad against the configuration. Before buying this product think twice. The rating what i have given is for product not for flipkart service.

I purchased this laptop around 1 week back and it was delivered as promised with the right package.nnIt does not come with a OS or driver CD so initially few days went in setting up the laptop identifying the right drivers etc.nnThe laptop performance is quite OK. However, after about 2 days of operation there is a heating problem noticed. The right side of the display becomes unusually hot to the extent that it cannot be touched. I am hoping this is a defective piece and nothing to do with this series - 15-r249TU.nnAlso the laptop build quality is not great. It has a plasticy look and the notification LEDs are towards the side not sure why it was designed like this. The keyboard also has small buttons and feels flimsy. I own a Samsung laptop and build quality is quite good. Was not expecting this from HP.nnI have raised a return request considering the 30 day return policy from WS Retail. Let see how they respond. nnOverall not very satisfied with this laptop.

Got this within 4 days of order. It has i3 4th generation intel processor. RAM 4GB DDR3 1600 Mhz.n1 TB HDD and 15.6 inch LED Bright crisp display. I have installed windows 8.1. nnRunning like fluid. Boots so fast only 3s though fast boot is disabled. nnDriver CD was not provided with this package. I have downloaded it from HP websites. Drivers are of large size.Total 11 drivers found .Almost 1 GB you have to download. nnOverall very good Laptop at 25k price range. Worth for money. I am totally satisfied with the product.Also thanks to flipkart for fast delivery. nnHighly Recommended for Home and offfice Use.
