i hav ordered product on 26 may. The 2 problems faced by me aren1. I got warranty till 2 may 2014. which is not exactly one year.n2. I Bought model HP240 but on HP's website it is showing Model HP420.nthe wrong model is got regestered with HP.nwhen im trying to call Flipkart they are just saying that i wil get call back from them within 24 hours. but i never got any call back. I hav callled them more then 5 times but they are not able to solve my problem.nwhen i visited HP's service center they are saying they are not able to help me bcoz of flipkarts mistake of regestring wrong model.nI am not able to download the drivers from HP's website as wrong model is regestered with them.nFlipkart provides worst after sale service to customers.nI suggest not to buy Electronics online & never from Flipkart.ntill date im not able to use my laptop as i dont have drivers
I bought this laptop one and half month ago, after using I found a bit difficulty in operating the touchpad. Not a smooth touchpad, so bought a separate mouse. The rest features are good. So I would give 3.5 rating out of 5 for this product.
Considering price machine performance is upto the mark. After, Win 7 installation laptop is going like a Wind.
good products from hp. i m using this laptop since 10 may 2015,i bought this hp 240 g1 but hp site showing hp 450,but laptop is goog, working very smooth with win7 with 10 gb RAM
