Laptop itself is good enough if you consider the cost. However I had following issues post purchase- 1. Laptop shows warranty only for 10 months on HP website instead of 1 year. 2. Invoice given by seller does not even mention correct serial number. Hence this 10 months of warranty also becomes useless without correct invoice, I have received response from Flipkart support that they are unable to provide invoice due to "technical" reasons and only option is to return the laptop. How unprofessional and unethical !
Great performance overall, this Laptop is value for money...sound ,picture and feature everything is good. Really you wont regret. :)
getting restarted again and again ,not happy with the product received, i will not reffer this to my friend,since it is not delivering great result.
Received a dead laptop. Flipkart should delist such kind of sellers. they see costly items like vegetables. Appreciate Flipkart for hasslefree refund without much intervention, hence i am giving one star.
I have purchased this laptop before 1 months. it was having blue screen issue from starting. Then i handover this laptop to hp customer service centre . very bad experience & beheaviour by hp customer service centre. To solve this issue hp took one month. If anyone want to purchase hp laptop or any hp product please note you have preserve the original cartoon(packing) till the end of your warrenty. i faced a lot of problem from hp. very very very bad experience. replacement is very big issue in hp. try for another make laptop. really i regret to buy hp product. i suggest to all my indian people do not buy hp. Also do not buy any laptop with DOS from hp. Till now i have not got any replacement from hp. This is because i have not preserved original cartoon(packing). how it is possible?. It is not mentioned in my invoice. I am thinking to go in consumer court if not received my replacement. I request to flipkart not to sell hp laptop online. A Very big issue while replacement from hp.
