I do not know if this a flipkart planned scam or a vendor one...irrespective - in their constant need to win the market at any cost (to the customer) is resulting in a painful experience that patrons will never want repeated and therefore delete flipkart from their phs. I ordered a HP laptop and got a rock (not the kind you put on a ring) worth 35 thousand... Hopeless... I hope the govt. catches on to this scam quick...cause this just doesnt fly.. Stick to selling books and by the looks of what u sent me...stones
3 months old unit received. HP website says already 3 months of warranty is over. Now only 9 months warranty is left.
I purchased this product 1 week back and found that battery backup is not more than 2.5 hours as they claim 7 hours. Either they delivered the duplicate battery or battery is really not good. I also noticed that it was 3 month used laptop. From the HP website I verified the serial number and found below information whereas the bill date is: 10 Nov 2015. Warranty status: Active End date: 20 Aug, 2016 SN: CND5208RBX
Never ever buy it, if you are planning to upgrade from any 32 bits(window 7,8) to window 10-32 bits,Intel i-3 -5th generation broadwell processor issue, Intel will never develop driver for window 10 32 bits for this specific processor series. Buy only if you have window (7,8) of 64 bits then upgrade to window -10- 64 bits only. This is hard facts , no one can challenge it to-date .Nov.17,2015
