Amazing Laptop !!! AMAZING PRICE POINTS Good Core i3 3rd generation processor( supports hardware assisted virtualization) with 4gb ram at good price. Nice keyboard with good spaced keys and tactile feedback W-LAN and bluetooth 4.0, multi card reader, HDMI, vga ports. 500 GB hard disk. Great sound clarity with DTS boost. Laptop comes with drivers CD for both windows 7 and 8. Those having issue with touchpad can enable different gestures and multi touch gestures in mouse settings under control panel. scroll and other settings can be enabled there. Hidden Bonuses : 2.2 kg in weight very light and a classy metallic magnesium casing gives it a real value for money

All hardware equipment are perfect, speed too Good. Disadvantage: they do not provide Driver CD...We have to search the Driver for LAN as well as for Wireless Network...many functions are not working because of lack of Drivers...

i bought this product on march. to see this line "HP's Accidental Damage Protection Protects Against - Liquid Spills, Drops and Falss, Electrical Surge, Damaged LCDs or Broken Parts" but to day when my chargers plug is broken accidentally the hp services person told me it is not warrenty. you can double check this on call this number 1800112267(hp services center number) so the maintain line about Accidental Damage is completely Fake. dont trust this.

I had happily ordered this laptop as a dussehra gift but ever since I have received the laptop flipkart is doing everything to take my happiness away!nnI completely agree with Mayur, Chirag and Wenu.nI am also facing the same issue and getting a worst customer support by flipkart.nI don't think I'll buy anything from flipkart again.nnThis is what they do during festival occasions, they offer products on throwaway prices with attractive discounts.nThey show something on the product page and send something else to the customer.nnThis certainly does increase their sales and when customers get back to them to resolve their issue, when they find faulty products, they are simply ignored by the so called good flipkart customer support!nnI have been calling them frantically after waiting over and above the time frames given by their customer executives, to contact me with a resolution, and every time I call them, they ask me to wait and wait..nnCan somebody who ordered this product confirm, whether they received this laptop with the above mentioned configuration with 4 GB RAM ?????nnn10/22: @ Mohamed Badrudeen- Yes you are very very lucky to get one. Anyhow I was credited a compensation of Rs.1500.00 after arguiing with flipkart guys millions of time, for hours everyday. They had promised me to remove the wrong specification from the website, but they are not bothered at all.

I feel sorry for all others who got 2GB RAM. I think this model is by default a 2GB Laptop. nHP have just upped the RAM by +2GB - but selling it in 2GB's model name. That is why this much complaints for this product.nnI bought this for 25K @ WSRetail - Flipkart; which came with expected configuration except for QM77 (got HM75) chipset. I managed to install W7. Laptop is fast and smooth. nnInstalling W7 Drivers was the most difficult part of buying a DOS laptop. Internet connectivity is a must to bring this laptop's drivers to workable condition.nnThough it is plain in looks; It looks metallic which is pleasing for the geek in me.nnOverall, nI think i am lucky to get the 4GB piece correctly and for a reasonable price of 25K too. nTill now i can't find any 3GenCi3/4GB/500GB/DOS laptop which beats this price.
