this laptop is only for show it looks good but i own this since a year and my battery just crashed also i was faced many problems such as hard disk crash etc. hence this laptop from my point of veiw becomes a highly non recommennded one
Look And Feel: The first thing that strike you about this laptop is it's all black body with that eye-catching 'Beats' logo.Although the glossy border of the LED display is a bit gaudy to my liking but on the whole I'll say this is one of the better looking laptops in the market today. Keypad and Touch-pad: The keypad is quite comfortable and the rubberized feel of the palm rest is very elegant.The touch-pad too is quite comfortable and the gesture controls are quite effective.The back-lit keyboard is very trendy and adds to the sporty look of this laptop. Performance and Battery Life: This laptop is very well configured and has almost all the bases covered in terms of features.The graphic card may not be the best around but would satisfy the gaming needs of most people. There are 3 fans(2 below and 1 on the side) which keep this relatively cool but it does at times get heated up when kept on the bed(Its not such a big thing to worry about).The battery life in power saver mode is around 5.5hrs and when selected to HP recommended plan it goes down to about 3-3.5 hrs. Overall: I would say this is a very competent all-rounder which is slightly on the expensive side.
Well I have been using this laptop for almost a year now....there are a few problems to discuss so i came forward... this laptop has a very different kind of chassis and configuration which makes it heat up a bit faster but that's nothing to worry about...the coo sense handles it !! The problem is with the FINGERPRINT sensor...it incorporates a new tech. so the upper layer of the finger print reader pops out..so u need to have warranty on this piece otherwise u r in trouble... rest the laptop is good...games do lag a bit...but its not a gaming pc...so cant complain on that part... its light and great... BUY it...it will fulfill all the requirements !!
I bought this laptop 1.5 years ago aprox (not from Flipkart).. Initially I had issues with the laptop HDD which is toshiba one.. it failed 3 times within 2 months.. but then they replaced with Samsung one.. and it is working fine since then.. Lately its been heating up a bit.. but I have a cooling pad from my previous laptop.. so that is not much of an issue for me... Overall the laptop is good.. and working fine no issues so far.. I feel that the keyboard letters should have been white in color so backlit could be avoided in Day time.. Laptop is working absolutely fine.. Sound quality is really nice.. have been able to play games what ever i wanted so far.. COD 5 and COD 6.. Crisis etc.. works fine..
