HP customer support is excellent. laptop is worst because of poor cooling system. Vents design is not as such to facilitate cooling. Normally laptops have heat dissipating systems through keyboard also, which HP models lack along with poor design of side vents. Little dusts and your laptop starts heating. Till today HP doesn't have got the idea to open any laptop of any other company and learn how to design laptops. Buy HP pavilion Laptops only if u doesn't value your money. If you have already bought one,buy the care packs also. You will need it soon. I am using HP Pavilion G6 model 1201-tx for 1 year 6 months now.
Been using this since Feb 2013 and I can confidently say that this is my WORST laptop till date! HDD crashed twice, mousepad stopped working innumerable time and now i hear that the mother board is damaged!
Always go for your warranty extension. Because your laptop will surely need it. Just after one year the battery gone and then at one and half a year the ram also gone. Don't by hp.... I will suggest this...
