I've bought this HP machine a week ago, with a mindset of not crossing 34-35K price limit.I observed the following pros n cons. Pros: 1.Elegant design n looks 2.Light weight 3.Excellent performance as per specs. 4.Latest USB n BT ports available. 5.Windows 8 adds the cherry to the icing. Cons: 1.Poor battery life, lasts hardly up to 3.5 hours. 2.The sound quality expected from Altec Lansing is not up to mark. 3.For the same configuration and a some bucks more, u can get a more elegant design and better graphics in Dell Inspiron. if u get a deal equivalent to a 33-34K price for this notebook, go for it.
This is the worst laptop that HP has ever made and I regret at my decision of buying it, if you are planning to go for an under 35k laptop then please dont buy this one as there are plenty of good laptops that are available in this range. The problem with this laptop are 1. Bluetooth and wifi does't work simultaneously on this one 2. MS Office runs unusually slow on this laptop as well as other big softwares like matlab and visual studio. 3. graphics suck in case if you are thinking of playing games other than counter strike. 4. webcam pretty much sucks. 5. speakers are really bad.
Hello , I would suggest within 33000 this product is good one . But one Problem is there and HP should address this serious problem prior selling this product as Wi-FI and bluetooth does not work simultaneously for this product.Sound quality as it is tellling dolby digital not so much impressive .
