Do not purchase this product from Tab Tree Seller (Flipkart ) It is a brand new model launched by HP, Look wise it is good but the product has still some issues. I have purchase this product from Flipkart few days back and I am not satisfied with the performance. Positive Side: Look wise it is good, Nice Touch response, Sound. Negative Side: Not satisfied with processer speed, Screen Resolution, Camera, heating problem, additional light flashing in side in the screen.

Good product. But not for heavy applications.
The only drawback I knew while buying electronics is that we do not know where can we repair it even though we have the warranty card.. the laptop had some problem after 45 days I received it , so far i am just roaming here n there with the warranty card to get it fixed..
Worst experience ever, purchased in December, already two times screen suddenly turned blank, got repaired by HP person, today again display gone....... Again I have to contact them beg them to repair my lappy.......HP person every time comes and say their is loose connection..... And not replacing the part also...... HP is utter useless....
