Buying experience: Slow delivery, can be made faster.nnProduct reviews: n1. Good speakers for small room.n2. Display size is sufficient for generic office work.n3. Reading is pretty good.n4. No USB port in Keyboard dock. HP could have placed two more USB ports there.n5. Writing with stylus is a problem, palm correction doesn't work.n6. Desktop apps do not open keyboard while working in tablet mode.n7. 64 GB flash storage in tablet, 500 GB in keyboard dock.n8. Battery life looks good.n9. Responses are bit slow. Expected that from Atom processor.

HI Team,nnI took hp-pavilion- Notebook however the screen size is too much small , feels like handling Tab.then i took another Lenovo Laptop which is good however i returned HP Laptop thought this will be returned. but supersized when return request is rejected twice.nwhen we go to Shop we could at least see what is in front of our eyes. here on website we just assume what we will get. Requesting return HP pavilion notebook. and refund me the cash. IF no action taken , Next time on wards you will be loosing some customers for sure. i will spread this feedback on social network.nnThanks
I bought this product and also availed certain offers, one of them was Free branded HP backpack, but after the delivery of the product I didn't even receive any backpack. Even after 5 days I didn't get it. This product is not so good because after taking the first update it was running so slow that even some videos were unable to run. Response is also sometime gets slower. Even I called up customer service, they informed within 3 days their technician will look up the matter by checking the machine but they didn't come either.nFor emailing and some other light stuff of work you can use this. This not worth taking it to your work place many software may run slow.
