The offer details show one year HP ADP(Accidental Damage Protection) on registration. But when I try to register from the HP Websit, this reseller is not listed. Hence it's an unauthorized dealer. I registered a complain also, but Flipkart has not been able to do anything till now. It seems they just bring resellers on their platform without doing any due diligence. nnWhat is more surprising is - When I bought this laptop, the reseller name was showing as "DreamDealz", and not it has changed to "Ebuy365". All signs of inconsistency and fraud.nnI'm still waiting to get a call back from the reseller. I did receive calls from Flipkart, but only to keep me calm and requesting me to wait.

I have recently purchased this laptop from a physical store since I got a better discount as well as an exchange price of 14K for my old laptops. nnFirstly, this is the best laptop available in the market in this screen size as well as affordable. It comes with a full touch screen and a 1 TB hard drive. By default it comes with 4 GB ram and windows 10 Home. Though I have installed Windows 10 Pro by myself. nnPlease be sure you take a HP recovery in a 32 GB usb flash drive before you perform any clean install. nnNow let me come to the performance. This laptop comes with the most recent 6th Generation Intel M3 processer. Note that the Processor said in Flipkart is wrong. It is mentioned as Dual Core but it is actually M3. nNow to for a point of reference, M3 is at par with i5. It comes with 4 MB L3 cache where as an i3 comes with 3 MB. i5 comes with 4 MB. I did a lot of research on the processors before the purchase and found this to be the best. nnYou can convert this laptop and use it as a Tablet or a mini kiosk. The experience of touch screen is totally different. Also note that this is better than the detachable ones as you can use this as a stand but in the detachable you have no where to place the laptop. Also the Keyboard and the touchpad becomes inactive once you twist the keyboard. so there is no question of buttons being pressed when you are using it in tablet mode. (I think there is a physical button in the clamp which disables them. nnNote if you do a complete reinstallation, you need to install all the drivers manually till the laptop becomes completely functional. Such as the touch pad, auto detection of tablet mode etc. nnoverall, its an amazing laptop and very easy to carry. It is also very useful if you are a frequent traveler since you can carry this with your office laptop. nnHope this review helps your purchase. n{please beware of the seller's rating before you place an order. the cheaper priced laptops being sold here are by sellers who received a lot of complaints. I bought this model from Jumbo Electronics though at much higher price and got several free gifts worth 2000 Rs along with free ADP offer and free bag etc. about an year ago. That time this was one of the latest releases and I was looking for something in 11.6 screen with touch and compact formfactor but decently powerful. So this was perfect combination. nNow performance wise - this is just an average. m3 processor does boost to 2.5Ghz in my case, but 4GB RAM is not sufficient to go along. It will be always 80% consumption even after disabling all unnecessary apps, startups and animations etc. nnBattery backup is so poor that it won't last more than 3-3.5 hrs with 60-70% brightness with normal browsing and stuff. I am telling you poor is an understatement. You will feel its battery issue or system..but its just 2 cell battery built in. IMPORTANT: The RAM cannot be upgraded as it is built on board. I am a system admin and I have opened it inside out. The chipset is just like a mobile tablet. nnIt has no heat-sink FAN as Intel claims processor is low powered and does not need air circulation, but later on practical use you cannot ignore the heat generated from battery at the bottom is good enough to fry your balls. I really mean it, the temperatures go very high. Not recommended to keep on lap for long. There are NO Circulation vents making the problem worse apart from tiny dual speaker windows. nIf you need something for travelling and light work then this may be fine. Anyway... m3 is a low cost and low powered processor built by Intel for small form factors notebooks that don't need a fan. M3's big brother M5 power these days power Macbooks. However, HP has messed up big time by providing bad batteries and trying to copy Macbook Air design. What they seem to have missed Macbooks have Aluminium encasing and good conductor of heat in comparison to cheap plastic body used by HP. I am not sure how this model even went into the production stage. nnoh another thing this has no backlit keyboard and after just few months usage, the print on keys has worn out completely. nThis model also has issues with WLAN. The card goes off and stops detecting any wifi networks like if you have turned Airplane mode. This happens at random once every few days. I did lot of research and found its issue with Windows 10 latest update and drivers. I hope HP does something to resolve it soon. nAnyhow, by fiddling with settings etc. i was able to juice out some performance for daily activities while travelling. But when I'm at work full time, I would never use this as it can really take my bloodpressure high due to low performance and sluggishness.

Good product worth buying and received on time with good condition. Whatever was on site the same has been delivered.nBought it for my daughter and she is very happy with product as it is very handy and easy to carry.
