Overall nice

I got it from my company. The only configuration difference is that I have 512 GB disk space instead of 256 GB in this one.nPros:- nSleek - Ultra thin and light weighted.nBack lit keyboard.nYou can turn it and use it as a pad. Very handy when watching a video.nStart up time is decent faster than most HP windows machines I have seen.nLast but not the least, looks gorgeousnDoes have a dedicated HDMI port.nResponsive UI when used as a pad.nnCons-nHeats up sometime especially the upper left corner of the keyboardnHas no dedicated keys for HOME and END. That is big whoops if you are a developer.nNo LAN port in mine + No port to connect a projector.nSkin is very glossy so staring longer while coding may cause some eye strain.

Awesome Laptop

This is a little expensive but worth every penny, this laptop is made with the collaboration of Microsoft and HP and you can truly feel the difference.

very good laptop with insane pricing

just one line can explain it, in United States price for same config 1200$ and in India 1.3 lakhs .n1200 usd is approx 76k so unless taxes are like 80% plus US taxes in India there is something wrong with this insane pricing of hpnHP india has gone mad .nits like they dont want to sell , firstly they should bring in low config with i5 processor that has 1000 usd price . price it in the range of 70k to 80k , then you might find some takers

HP Spectre 134013TU x360 L2Z81PA Laptop REVIEW

It's a poorly kept secret that HP has been gunning for the Apple MacBook Air with its Spectre series. Continuing that trend, the American computer bigwig has launched the Spectre x360, calling the laptop its 'most premium' computer offering yet.nnThe device features a slim 15.9mm CNC aluminium chassis and weighs a mere 1.5kgs. The dull silver finish is polished metal achieved using a single machined cut. It also goes full-hybrid by flipping itself over; the screen turns a full 360-degrees to turn the device into a tablet when needed. While it won't exactly stand out on its own in the looks department, it does have impressive innards.nnTo start with, the 13.3-inch touch display is available in two resolution options: full-HD (1920x1080) and QHD (2560x1440). Processor options are either Intel 'Broadwell' Core i5 or Core i7, the RAM chip can be either 4GB or 8GB, while SSD storage options vary from 128GB to 512GB. Despite the impressive hardware, HP still claims that battery life will be in the range of 12 hours. Models with the 4K display will also feature Panel Self Refresh technology, which holds images on the screen to allow portions of the PC to power down when nothing on-screen is moving, which is one of the reasons why HP can claim such an impressive battery figure.nnThe full-HD version has gone on sale in the United States already, starting at $900 (roughly Rs. 55,700) for the full-HD, 4GB RAM, Core i5, 128GB SSD model, with pricing going up to $1,400 (roughly Rs. 86,600) for the top-end QHD, 8GB RAM, Core i7, 512GB SSD model that will become available in the US spring.

Good but what is the pricing all about

The laptop is a very good convertible, but the pricing is not at all understandable . A laptop which is $1190 in US.. how come it becomes Rs 135000.nnI can take a flight to dubai and buy this laptop for lesser price.nnThis is also true for all models which are not launched in India.
