In the past couple of months, India has witnessed the entry of quite a few new smartphone brands in the country. Now a new company that goes by an interesting name 10.or (pronounced Tenor) has marked its debut in India with the launch of the budget 10.or E smartphone. The phone brings quite a few interesting features for the asking price like stock Android Nougat experience with a promised Oreo update, Google Assistant, a full HD resolution display, an LED flash for the selfie camera, a fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE and VoLTE (voice over LTE) support.
Coming to the other specs, the 10.or E offers a 5.5-inch full HD display with a layer of 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, aided by Adreno 505 graphics. The device comes in two RAM and storage variants – 2GB + 16GB and 3GB + 32GB. The handset also gets a microSD card slot to let you expand the storage further up to 128GB. The budget offering is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery, which is capable of delivering two days of regular usage.
As for the camera features, the 10.or E is equipped with a 13-megapixel primary shooter with a CMOS sensor, phase detection autofocus and 12 different shooting modes and four filters. For selfies and video calling, it offers a 5-megapixel shooter with an LED flash. The connectivity features on board include 4G LTE, dual-SIM slots, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The device comes pre-loaded with Amazon apps like Amazon Shopping, Prime Video and Kindle.
As for the pricing, the 10.or E has been priced at Rs 7,999 for the 2GB model, while its 3GB model will set you back by Rs 8,999. The phone is being offered in Aim Gold and Beyond Black hues. It will be available exclusively on Amazon India in the coming days.
