With an aim to provide a better performance, PC maker Acer has launched the Acer Swift Go 14 with AMD Ryzen 7000 processor for Indian consumers. The all-new laptop is said to offer an 86 per cent screen-to-body ratio along with an upgraded TwinAir dual fan system, dual D6 copper heat pipes, and an air-inlet keyboard that expels heat to maintain cool temperatures, boosting the laptop’s overall performance and reliability. The company claims that the Swift Go 14 is an ultra-slim laptop that weighs only 1.25 kg and measures 15.9mm thick. It has a 14-inch FHD display with IPS technology and 300nits of brightness. According to the company, this Acer Swift Go 14 delivers true colours and a better visual experience. It also has Acer PurifiedVoice technology with an AI noise reduction feature that helps to provide crisp, clear images and audio for online classes or meetings.
The Acer Swift Go 14 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7000 processor and can accommodate up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD and up to 8GB/ 16GB LPDDR5 memory. It offers three ports, including USB Type-C, USB- Type-A, and HDMI 2.1. The company said that a quick battery charge technology allows consumers to use the laptop for up to 4 hours after charging for only 30 minutes. It also comes with Wi-Fi 6E.
With the new laptop, the company also prioritised cooling, as it includes an updated TwinAir twin fan system, dual 6 copper pipes, and an air inlet keyboard design. Better thermals allow the laptop to improve performance for extended periods of time while avoiding throttling.
